When you see the word mindfulness,

what do you think?

Too overused? Too hippie?  Not for me? Too weak?

Even as a mental health professional, I wasn’t a fan either.

Until it saved my life.

Until I realized it’s not just for stress management or relaxation.

I was missing my life. I learned how to live it in the moment.

What if you tried it too?

What if your department integrated mindfulness into operations, tactical training, culture, and more?

What if you actually were present to see your child playing ball or performing that song or play?

When you build your mindfulness skills, you can be in the zone. This improves tactical performance, decision-making, relationships, stress management, time management, sleep, and so much more.

Hi, I’m Jen Myers.
